New dep soon KDDockWidgets

Description:

Kdenlive will need KDAB's KDDockWidgets as a dependency for version 25.12. Today it was merged into master.

This has already been announced in the KDE distros mailing list but since today it was merged into master it would be handy to have it already packaged for people who run Kdenlive from master for testing purposes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
