GPU processing (movit) not available
Description:
Hi. In kdenlive, there is the possibility to activate moveit but the option is still untickable, even after installing the dependencies. It also seems that kdenlive isn't built with mlt in builddeps.
This feature missing decreases the performance for about 4x/5x.
Also, the only version of kdenlive working perfectly is the Snap package. The bug is present on flatpak or all distro's.
I also tried to recompile mlt rtaudio and movit from git and rebuilding kdenlive-git, but the feature still grey. I'm also searching a reply for the fact that after a full rebuild, the feature is still not available.

Steps to reproduce:
- run kdenlive
- go to configure/configure kdenlive
- go to play and see GPU processing Movit unavailable
Hardware : AMDGPU using MESA + Rocm opencl installed (Davinci Resolve works great)
