Rebuild to move ttf-fira-sans from makedepends to depends:

Use specific SPDX license identifiers in accordance with upstream information.

Add bash as optdepend for kshark-su-record.
Use bash arrays with one entry per line for easier handling.

Change cmake calls to adhere to packaging guidelines.
Move cmake options to local array for better readability/changability.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Rebuild against trace-cmd 3.1.4 to fix issues with unrecognized soname bump:

Add all available sodeps.

Simplify calls to cmake/make.
Simplify quoting in file.

Replace the use of FreeSans with ttf-fira-sans.
Use custom cmake variables to have things end up where they should.
Add all current dependencies and add all available sodeps in package().
