Outdated. Update urgent or the package is useless

The package has been outdated for months. Up until the end of 2023 this was not very consequential because everything basically still worked.

Recently keybase.io updated their CA certificate and unless the package is updated to include this it is completely useless. No function will work.

Updating this package is therefore essential.
