Fixes for Boost 1.86 (which didn't quite make it into 8.0.5)

A couple of commits will be need to build against Boost 1.86 due to a change in Boost uuids:

These didn't quite make it into 8.0.5 before 1.86 made it into Arch!

The commits will both be include in 8.0.6 and what will eventually become 9.0.0, so they won't be needed as patches for long.
