Broken cursor in KDE Plasma Wayland session with certain drivers
After upgrading to kwin 6.5.0-1 the cursor is broken in the default Wayland session of KDE Plasma with at least the radeon driver and the amdgpu driver on old AMD SI/CIK GPUs (without support for atomic modesetting). A patch is available here (will be included in the 6.5.1 release):

I have confirmed that the patch fixes the issue on my GPU with both the radeon and the amdgpu driver.
Please apply the patch because it seems there is no workaround other than switching to the X11 session.
