David Runge authoredLibassuan 3.0.0 introduces a soname change, but pacman via gpgme requires the libassuan 2.x.x version. Temporarily providing the needed libassuan version to the build system creates an unreproducible package, but a working build and allows us to bootstrap libassuan 3.0.0 into a staging repository.
