- Rebuild to consolidate split packages: Merge libblockdev-utils into libblockdev. Merge libblockdev-lvm-dbus into libblockdev-lvm. Remove libblockdev-tools and add relevant executables to libblockdev-fs and libblockdev-lvm. - Add version constraint for all split packages to ensure compatibility. - Add missing direct dependencies.

Remove the libblockdev-tools package and add vfat-resize to libblockdev-fs as it is called by the library and lvm-cache-stats to libblockdev-lvm as it is most fitting in that context. Signed-off-by:

- Move non-essential dependencies (btrfs-progs, dosfstools, lvm2, ndctl, xfsprogs) from depends=() to optdepends=(). - Disable dmraid support. The dmraid tool has dead upstream, and the support will be removed from the next libblockdev release anyway: https://github.com/storaged-project/libblockdev/commit/e65f2ae3141c4c3e6a0f52af10db6a0c05363085 - Disable kbd plugin. Bcache support is broken everywhere, zRAM is now managed by systemd services, and the plugin will be removed from the next libblockdev release anyway: https://github.com/storaged-project/libblockdev/commit/c1ff1c87e31fb2820a5694637eb221f590eb9451 - Disable mpath plugin. It depends on the mpathconf command, which is a custom downstream tool by RedHat: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/device-mapper-multipath/blob/rawhide/f/0006-RH-add-mpathconf.patch - Disable vdo plugin. It depends on the vdo command, which is not available in the official repositories, and the plugin will be removed from the next libblockdev release anyway: https://github.com/storaged-project/libblockdev/commit/e51faac2a952da33925e3ccab0f4f0fdf3986cd3
