Switch to correct SPDX license identifiers for packages.
Add `pkgver()` function as we are building from git sources.
Remove now unneeded patch.

Add patch to fix use of removed sphinx keyword:

Use pkgbase instead of pkgname where applicable.

When stripping the IPA shared objects, they need to be re-signed.
Split out IPA files so we can manually strip and re-sign.
NOTE: The signature files are required (although this unfortunately makes the package unreproducible :( ).
Add missing depends to libcamera an libcamera-tools.

The (unneeded) .sign files render the package unreproducible.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

Move files in libcamera-docs to non-versioned location to have smaller diffs on update.

Add a .tarball-version file, so that internal version tooling can rely on it and not add unreproducible version strings.

Add conflicts/replaces for aur/libcamera-tests in libcamera-tools.
