WebRTC streaming unusable after upgrading to libjuice 1.4.0-1

Description:

After upgrading libjuice to 1.4.0-1, WebRTC streaming (WHIP) is no longer available, and running obs in terminal line yields error message

error: os_dlopen(/usr//lib/obs-plugins/obs-webrtc.so->/usr//lib/obs-plugins/obs-webrtc.so): libjuice.so.1.3.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
