Version 0.2 (currently) stops GNOME shell from starting (error while loading shared libraries: libdisplay-info.so.1)
Description:
After upgrading today GNOME shell started with a crash screen (Oh no, something went wrong, ...).
The journal log showed (extract):
Jun 22 13:00:49 tobias-pc org.gnome.Shell.desktop[742]: /usr/bin/gnome-shell: error while loading shared libraries: libdisplay-info.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Downgrading libdisplay-info (0.2.0-1 -> 0.1.1-3) solved the problem and GNOME starts without issue again.
I report this here without really knowing why this happens, except that it is an incompatibility issue. If it is an upstream error, let me know and I'll report upstream.
