Gimp integration broken with gimp 3.0

Description:

I have recently uploaded gimp 3.0 to our repositories, which resulted in /usr/lib/gimp/2.0/ (which this package referenced (see gmic#2 (closed) for refernce)) becoming an invalid path. I wanted to rebuild it against the latest version of gimp to make this compatilble again, but as it turns out it just removed the gimp related paths (see 24700cf6), supposedly because of a config check.

I have still uploaded the package, because I thought there's no point in keeping the broken state, but I think the maintainers should look into that.

Maybe there already is unreleased upstream compat patches for gimp 3.0.

If the 2.0 plugin was for supporting the file format, then it may be obsolete now? As the release notes mention JPEG XL support. And that's the reason it vanished during the rebuild?

If that is the case (in fact I can open jxl files in gimp just fine) the optdep line can be removed from libjxl? Since gimp hard depends on it?
