After update to latest kernel libva 2.22 makes dmabuf-wayland not available (libEGL_mesa.so.0: undefined symbol: wl_drm_interface)

After updating to latest kernel, this issue resurfaced.

Maybe because of recent split firmware
I have pretty old spec (T430 i5 3320m), and assuming maybe it has something to do with intel-media-driver. Interestingly it output different vainfo when I remove intel-media-driver. Unfortunately the issue persist.
