update 176.diff to the most recent MR that was finally committed to master; should now actually solve FS#76860

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.

drop diable --disable-thread-safety-constructor back to new upstream defaults - xfce4-settings has been fixed

go back to full release without the one revert. turns out the segfault was caused by a bug in geeqie
