Don't create and install `/boot/amd-ucode.img` as part of the `amd-ucode` package.

Don't create and install /boot/amd-ucode.img as part of the amd-ucode package. With the new microcode mkinitcpio hook, it's no longer needed so it makes sense to drop it from the package, once reasonable time has passed. (This is assuming there are no other users of /boot/amd-ucode.img.)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
