6.12.10.zen1-1 -> 6.13.zen1-1 breaks nvidia driver

Description:

After the update from 6.12.10.zen1-1 -> 6.13.zen1-1 the nvidia driver doesn't seem to get recognized anymore.
X starts, but I have only one active screen (out of three), a low screen resolution and nvidia-settings doesn't show my GPU.
Downgrading the kernel fixes the problem.

Additional info:

System is up to date.
local/nvidia-dkms 565.77-3
local/nvidia-settings 565.57.01-1

DKMS builds the nvidia module correctly after the update. As far as I can tell.

GPU: NVIDIA GM204 [GeForce GTX 980]

I still have to use:

$ cat /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf
options nvidia_drm modeset=1 fbdev=0

Because of: nvidia-utils#16 (closed)
In case it matters

Steps to reproduce:

On my system just updating the kernel, leads to the problem.
