Consider Patch - Bluetooth: hci_event: Fix not using key encryption size when its known

Description:
Kernel 6.14.x introduced a regression for Bluetooth. Devices like the ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse, Dualsense and Dualshock controllers aren't able to connect anymore.

Steps to reproduce:
- Boot
- Login (e.g. virtual terminal or GDM)
- Connect to already paired device (e.g. ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse)
Can we consider to apply the patch?
