GNOME/KDE doesn't detect auto-connected bluetooth devices
Description:
Since 6.8.2 bluetooth connected status is not shown any more in GNOME/KDE desktop GUIs: it looks disconnected but in fact is connected and working (bluetooth headset). The upstream bugzilla report includes a fix for this issue, I hope it can be backported for Arch Linux kernel.

Steps to reproduce:
- Have a paired bluetooth devices
- Reboot pc and let it automatically connect
- It will be connected and working, but not shown in GUI that it's actually connected
