core/linux 6.8.8.arch1-1 and 6.8.9.arch1-1 break Caldigit thunderbolt dock

From kernel 6.8.8 on, connection to Caldigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 dock is broken

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update core/linux from 6.8.7.arch1-1 to 6.8.8.arch1-1 or 6.8.9.arch1-1
2. Reboot
3. You get this message on boot log: "xHCI host controller not responding, assume dead"
4. Caldigit TS3 Plus Thunderbolt 3 dock does not work
