arm version

but as now quite a number of snapdragon arm pc's see the light, it would be really cool to have arm architecture added to packages. i am aware that might mean doubling the maintainers of a package, one on arm additionally.

example laptops with qualcom snapdragon x elite: lenovo yoga slim7, microsoft surface 7, samsung galaxy book4 edge, asus vivobook 15, medion SPRCHRGD 14 S1 Elite, dell xps 13, hp omnibook x 14.

cheaper ones with snapdragon x plus: Acer Swift AI 14.
