add transient dependencies

This fixes the demos which require shader files. For example,

$ mandelbrot
Unable to open shader file CH18-mandel.vert
Unable to open shader file CH18-mandel.frag
mandelbrot: ../mesa-demos-9.0.0/src/util/shaderutil.c:116:
LinkShaders3: Assertion `vertShader || fragShader' failed.
Aborted (core dumped)

The issue was first reported in the following bug report.

It was fixed in the following commit of Fedora 39.

devtools 20230105-1 enables the debug option by default.

A follow-up commit will remove debug from alongside other options.
