Suggestion: migrate from motion to motionplus

The motion developer created a replacement for motion 3 or 4 years ago that is actively developed.
I think it would be good for us to offer motionplus [1].

One way would be to keep both for a period of time as there is no overlap. Migration is very simple and after some time the older motion package could be dropped.

I switched to motionplus about a year ago and it has been working really well for me.
