Motion stream no longer works on 4.7.0

Description:

Since upgrading to 4.7.0, motion streams have stopped working. Events and timelapses still work.

I'm not yet ceratin if this is a breaking change in configuration from upstream, or due to the package.

I've search upstream and have not found any relevant issues: https://github.com/Motion-Project/motion
