Compatibility with python 3.13

Description:

Module wb_server_management implements the Python module 'pipes', which was removed from version 3.13 and causes it to break.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Update Python to version 3.13 or higher
2. Open a MySQL connection
3. The administration panel is broken because of module wb_server_management.py failed
