Rebuild to replace wezterm-terminfo.
With ncurses 6.5 /usr/share/terminfo/w/wezterm is provided and the
wezterm-terminfo package is no longer needed.

Switch to pinned signed tag commit for better source transparency.

Rebuild with a reproducible pacman.
Switch to snapshot repository https://github.com/ThomasDickey/ncurses-snapshots/ as upstream deleted the source tarball
we were building from.
