Please host the systemd unit file directly

Description:

I'm a maintainer of the upstream Nebula package. To date, we've hosted the .service file for Arch in our own repository, along with one for the Fedora distro. Recently, Fedora moved this downstream into their package repository. Overall, we prefer this approach, since distributions sometimes have distro-specific tweaks they'd like to make, which aren't always compatible with other distros, and we'd like to stop being a gatekeeper for these changes.

I see that other packages such as lxd and apcupsd do this already. Would it be possible to move the file into this repository as well?
