systemstats_linux warning

Description:

Log spam from net-snmpd due to changed header length of pseudofile in linux 6.7. See MR here, I propose adding that patch. https://github.com/net-snmp/net-snmp/pull/785

 snmpd[5551]: systemstats_linux: unexpected header length in /proc/net/snmp. 237 != 224
