Nextcloud 3.15+ bug
Description:
Upstream version 3.15+ contains bug, which causes 100% CPU load and HDD high load on NTFS volumes.
Consider downgrade package to 3.14 before upstream fix this problem. Now with every system update users have to use archive version, but do not know how long it will be compatible with other system libraries.

Steps to reproduce:
- Put nextcloud folder on NTFS (or maybe any other FUSE based filesystem)
- Prepare eggs on your CPU after it heats up.
