`install-info: No such file or directory for gzip -d` at 2.26.2

I'm not sure if it's related to Nix Arch package, but, after recent update I'm getting an error when trying to build my derivation:

So I guess problem whether in Nix (I didn't find reports in its gh repo), or with Arch redistribution.
