ntp 4.2.8p18-1 fails to build

Description:

When trying to patch ntp 4.2.8p18-1 to test the fix for the upstream bug #3928 the build fails with compilation error like this:

ntp_control.c:3667:25: error: passing argument 2 of ‘MD5Update’ from incompatible pointer type [-Wincompatible-pointer-types]

The build fails with or without patching.
