Fix License for nvidia-open

Peter Jung requested to merge ptr1337/nvidia-open:license into main

According the GitHub repository the license is dual licensed:

However, when linked together to form a Linux kernel module, the resulting Linux
kernel module is dual licensed as MIT/GPLv2.
