Add patch by Nvidia to silence assert event errors only fixed in 570.xx

This will otherwise haunt people, myself included, until 570.xx is released.

The patch does prevent the messages on my system.

Commit message was supposed to be the same as the title but could not commit from the IDE due to an email mismatch...
