Add Nvidia's patch for fixing mangled HDMI device names

Without this patch, Nvidia HDMI device name strings are mangled.

This should be in 570.xx at the earliest.

It affects PipeWire and Pulseaudio at minimum.
PipeWire has a downstream patch merged, which should be in the next version.

While this is not a major issue, Arch pulling this would save me from having to patch the driver for the next 6 months or so.
