nvidia-utils: Add required build and functional fixes for 6.13 kernel

There is currently no compatible driver for the 565 branch. NVIDIA has fixed some of these issues in the latest 550 release, but not in the 565 branch (again).

crypto:

  • Fixes the compilation of the modules

kbuild symbols:

  • Required to build the module properly due breaking changes in 6.13
  • Fix the symlinking for 6.13

fbdev:

  • patches to make fbdev functional again
