Upstream moved to Qt 6

Also cleans up unused PGP keys and avoid emails

There is a call to port obconf-qt to Qt 6 [1], but it may not be merged,
as upstream contributors "do not develop it actively anymore" [2]

His name was removed in ee0c7265. It
shouldn't be removed, but updated as a contributor.

Jerome is no longer a maintainer of this package per archweb [1]
