WebRTC support is disabled

OBS recently released with WebRTC streaming support. [1] I'm excited for this feature. Unfortunately I discovered that this arch package builds with WebRTC support disabled. What's the reason for that? Is there something we could do to fix it? I'd really like to be able to use this feature and to me it is an important part of OBS.

I realize this is not exactly a bug report and more of a package discussion. I hope that's ok.
