This also unsplits the package again to make it easier to maintain.
The advantage now is that the split packages are tiny and only
contain what they require as ollama will dynamically discover its
runners.

* Let /var/lib/ollama be the default place for the Ollama files
* Add a symlink from /usr/share/ollama to /var/lib/ollama, since some documentation mentions this
