Small tweak to build required for 9070 and 9070xt support

Version: ollama-rocm 0.6.4

I hope you don't mind me bypassing the template as the issue and solution are fairly simple. Support was added to ollama for the amd 9070 and 9070xt cards, but the PKGBUILD wasn't updated to include support at build time. to do so, -DAMDGPU_TARGETS needs to add ;gfx1200;gfx1201.

I've tested it as not working with the current arch package and working with the addition.
