Delete unused patch from git.
upgpkg: 4.1.6-1
- Update to 4.1.6 patch release which includes the commits 1 that were previously included as separate patches that were then removed due to introducing another issue 3. The cause of the introduced issue was discovered to be in glibc 4. Until there is a glibc release with a fix for that issue it can be worked around in openmpi by disabling the use of sem_open 5.
