Certain OpenMW-Lua mods cause ingame Options menu to freeze the application
Description:
There is currently an issue when using OpenMW with the mod ncgdMW Lua Edition, where opening the ingame Options menu when loaded into a new game or an existing savegame causes the engine to be paralyzed.
I had reported this to the developers of the mod, but a commenter there suggested this seems to be an issue that appears on the official Arch Linux build, but not other builds of OpenMW.
Reporting the issue here to bring it to the packager's attention.

Steps to reproduce:
- Install OpenMW
0.49.0-1
from Arch Linux pacman repository. - Install the ncgdMW Lua Edition mod from NexusMods, verified to occur with
4.3.1
and4.3.6
- Enable the mod within the OpenMW Launcher
- Start a new game
- Press Escape and press on "Options" to open the ingame options menu
- Observe OpenMW freezing entirely, requiring SIGKILL.
