Default settings in makepkg.conf don't match man page or comments in the config file

Description:

The documented default settings for the OPTIONS array in makepkg.conf.in#L79 don't match the actually configured values a few rows below. To be exact, the "strip", "zipman" and "purge" values do not match.

The OPTIONS array in the man page shows the same values as the config file comment, but is missing values for lto (as well as autodeps in the master branch).

The man page section for "strip" also alludes to strip being enabled by default, in contrast to the OPTIONS array a few lines above which has "!strip".
