- add soname libprovides where available
- add additional direct dependencies (gcc-libs, glibc, libglvnd, libx11,
  libxcursor, proj, python, qt5-base)
- replace intel-tbb dependency with onetbb
- move qt5-svg to makedepends as it appears to be unused at runtime

The sed command was actually setting an older version than we have in
the repos these days. And VTK does not actually use external libharu at
all and I don't know how to enable it, passing
`-DVTK_MODULE_USE_EXTERNAL_VTK_libharu=ON` to cmake does not help.

It was previously pulled in via depends of some other package.
