Testsuite sysusers conf is not removed during build

During the build of the PCP package, the testsuite components are deleted here but there's also a sysusers.d file belonging to that component in /usr/lib/sysusers.d/pcp-testsuite.conf with contents u pcpqa - "PCP Quality Assurance" /var/lib/pcp/testsuite /bin/bash This causes an unnecessary user to be created for the deleted testsuite.
