Pixman 0.43.0 is a development release and should be downgraded

The recently released Pixman 0.43.0 is a development release and build with certain checks enabled that cause issues.

It's unclear whether that's intentional on not, but it's not clearly marked as development.

Until this gets cleared out I think Arch should downgrade to 0.42.x.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start KDE Wayland session.
2. Install Steam
3. Install Guild Wars 2
4. Try launching the game and experience kwin freeze.

While this is a way we can repro the issue the bug is not related to Proton / Steam. It's pixman / kwin.
