When the 'plymouth.prefer-fbcon' parameter is specified and the user switches back to the splash screen by Esc key, Plymouth reloads the theme from the filesystem, which fails if it's missing from the initramfs.

- Fix fallback not working when fc-match isn't available (upstream patch).
- Improve font string parsing.
- Remove plymouthd-fd-escrow from initramfs since it's used only on shutdown.

Add plymouthd-fd-escrow helper binary to the shutdown initramfs which is used by plymouth to hold on to the pixel-displays fds until the end.

- Use label-freetype instead of label-pango to reduce initramfs size. label-freetype is improved a lot in the recent releases, so it's stable enough to replace label-pango.

- Install mkinitcpio shutdown hook and systemd drop-in snippet to include fonts in shutdown initramfs for Plymouth. This is needed to display the console messages during shutdown.

- Add more needed dependencies for the new functionalities.
- Fix systemd integration (with upstreamed patch).
- Add monospace font to the initrd, used by the new virtual console functionality.
- Add xkb info and x11 locale to the initrd, needed for the new /dev/input devices support.
- Remove label-freetype.so from the initrd, because it's buggy, and label-pango.so is enough.
