pnetcdf-openmpi missing netcdf4 support

Description:

netcdf4 support is not enabled as the option name was changed from --enable-netcdf4 to --with-netcdf4. configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-netcdf4 is recorded in the build log.
