Switch back to original upstream (now active again).
Add cmake options in local bash array for better handling.
Remove unnecesary quotes and curly braces.

Switch to new (maintained) upstream provided by the mixxx team:

Remove java integration as it is unmaintained and not used by anything.
Add libportmidi.so and libporttime.so to provides.
Switch to cmake as build system.

Adding libpmjni.so, libportmidi.so and libporttime.so to provides. Pinning java-runtime with custom launcher script (portmidi doesn't specify its language level properly and therefore will only work with the same version of jre/jdk. Adding sh to optdepends for pmdefaults.

Updating maintainer. Switching to correct license (MIT). Installing docs and license. Minor cleanup.
