Incompatible license combination.

Description:

postfix is licensed under the EPL-2.0 with the secondary license being IPL-1.0. fix_strcasecmp.c is BSD-4-Clause-UC and I believe not used when postfix is built for linux. db is AGPL3. This combination does not appear to me to be permitted. I believe it would be permitted if the secondary license was GNU GPL version 2 or later.
