upgpkg: 9.2-2: add specific java versions to optdepends()

I think it would be useful to have this information listed in the optdepends(). PrismLauncher does have the option to download the proper Java version from Mojang. However, since this option is not enabled in our build, I think this would be the next best option—letting people know which version of java is required for which version of minecraft.
