upgpkg: 10.0.1-1

This merge request updates PrismLauncher to version 10.0.1

The following changes were made:

1. libarchive and qrencode added to depends()
2. quazip-qt6 and qt6-5compat were removed from depends(). I talked to the fine folks at PrismLauncher, and qt6-imageformats and qt6-svg should still be kept in depends().
